Post-Apocalypse Survival Guide

With the imminence of the Swine Flu pandemic and the ever present threat of a sudden zombie uprising, it behooves everyone to have a post-apocalyptic survival plan. While apocalyptic situations vary, an overarching strategic survival framework can be applied to all, albeit with minor tweaks to provide for the peculiarities of post apocalyptic landscape which you find yourself in. I wish to instruct you in creating your plan in order to enhance the odds of human survival. My guide will not guarantee your survival, and it will provide no instruction on surviving the initial stages of destruction. That is wholly reliant upon your intuition and luck. But, if you survive the event which wipes out the majority of humanity, these instructions should give you a fighting chance at rebuilding society. Look for posts in the next several days. I estimate we have two months or so before swine flu wipes out civilization.
